Professional Cleaning Services is one of few contract cleaning companies which owns its own Window Cleaning Division, precluding us from having to subcontract work to other Contractors. As well as cleaning the windows of our own buildings, we have contracts to clean the windows of numerous other buildings in the CBD.
This division results in more competitive pricing for the end user as all window cleaning staff are employed by Professional Cleaning Services. Price mark ups as a subcontractor is not required.
All window cleaning staff are trained and qualified in working at heights procedures as well as holding their Certificate III in Abseiling. With over 40 years and 1000 hours combined experience in BMU operation and external window cleaning, Professional Cleaning Services can service the window cleaning requirements of your building to a high standard and at exceptionally competitive rates.
Professional Cleaning Services provide a full range of Carpet maintenance services. This ranges from programmed carpet shampooing services through to disaster recovery services.
Micro bacterial treatments can be performed to eliminate mould from developing in carpets. Potential health effects and symptoms associated with mould exposures include allergic reactions, asthma and other respiratory complaints. These treatments will also prevent odours caused by certain moulds and bacteria.
